Weston & Sampson is seeking a Project Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to join our Water group in our Massachusetts or Rocky Hill, CT office locations.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare water utility designs, including plans and specifications for permitting and construction of water treatment, pump stations, storage, and water main projects.
  • Be familiar with water system planning, assessment, hydraulic modeling, design, and construction administration for water supply, treatment, and distribution systems.
  • Manage multiple projects and clients, overseeing technical, budgetary, and client aspects.
  • Work flexibly across diverse projects, collaborating with team members and delegating tasks to entry-level staff.

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, REVIT (preferred).
  • PE license is preferred or ability to become licensed within twelve months.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong work ethic and a valid driver’s license.
