Weston Recovery Services are a family business based in the South West of England. Our head office is based in Weston-super-Mare, with another site in Wellington, Somerset. We offer services to large motoring organisations such as The AA and the RAC. We attend broken down vehicles and attempt roadside fixes or recover them to their destination. Some of this work involves accident recovery work.
This job is an exciting opportunity, as no one day is the same. It’s a fast-paced industry with a mixture of local and distance work, different customers, and different vehicles in different scenarios.
We are looking for HGV drivers holding a minimum of a Class 2 (category C) driving licence, valid driver CPC and digital tachograph. We have a variety of shift patterns available:
- 4 on 4 off 13:00 - 01:00
- 4 on 4 off 07:00 - 16:00
- 4 on 4 off 16:00 - 01:00
- Wednesday to Saturday 10:00 - 22:00
- 5 on 3 off 19:00 - 07:00
All HGV drivers are rewarded with a professional drivers incentive scheme after completion of a successful probationary period. Immediate starts available for the right candidate with previous recovery experience. New drivers are welcome to apply but will need to complete a driving assessment prior to any job offer being made. Full training and PPE will be provided.
