The Wellbeing Centre at Weston Hospicecare offers therapeutic, emotional and practical support to people living with life-limiting conditions, as well as those close to them. We provide a calm, welcoming environment where individuals can access complementary therapy and group sessions. Our supportive team is passionate about creating a space where people feel safe, heard and supported, and our volunteers are a vital part of making that happen.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable administrative volunteer to support the Wellbeing team with essential behind the scenes tasks. This role helps ensure our services run smoothly so that our therapists and practitioners can focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting with appointment booking & diary management
  • Simple data entry
  • Helping with simple audits or feedback forms
  • Answering the phone and greeting visitors
  • General admin support as needed

Qualifications

There is no need for previous hospice/healthcare experience – just a willingness to learn in a kind, professional manner.
