Morning Shift: Monday ‑ Friday: 8:15am‑12:30pm or Afternoon Shift: Monday ‑ Friday: 1:15pm‑5pm

Responsibilities
- The Welcome: Meet and greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- The Hub: Manage the switchboard, directing calls and capturing messages with precision.
- The Space: Maintain an impeccable reception and lounge area that reflects our high standards.
- The Logistics: Oversee meeting room diaries and administrative essentials.
- The Growth: Act as an ambassador for the centre, assisting with marketing and promoting our services to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbally
- Good computer literacy skills
- Strong organisation skills and able to prioritise tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with stakeholders at all levels
