A little bit about the role... We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Coordinator to join our small, focused team of four. This isn’t just about processing paperwork; you’ll be responsible for the smooth delivery of the employee lifecycle and will work closely with our HR Business Partners to support wider company goals. From onboarding new talent to ensuring our reward cycles are executed flawlessly, you’ll have a direct impact on the employee experience every single day.
What we’d like in return... The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Employee Lifecycle & Compliance
- Documentation: Creating all compliant employment documents, from offer letters and contracts to terms and conditions amendments and general correspondence.
- Onboarding: Leading the "New Starter" journey, ensuring all records are updated and Right to Work checks are completed accurately.
- Induction: Continuously improving our onboarding processes to ensure every new hire has a high-quality introduction to the business.
- HRIS Champion: Acting as our system "Superuser"—managing real-time data entry, leading annual system testing, and training the wider team on self-service features.
- Payroll & Data: Managing timely and accurate payroll inputs and acting as the key point of contact for payroll queries.
- Insights: Producing regular HR Board Reports and providing key statistics and trend analysis to the Business Partnering team and internal stakeholders.
- Reward Administration: Coordinating our benefit schemes, managing the annual renewal process, and reporting on benefit trends.
- Engagement: Managing the internal communication and coordination for our wellbeing and volunteering initiatives.
- BP Support: Partnering with the HR Business Partners to manage both short-term and long-term absence cases.
- HR Advice: Acting as a first point of contact for employees, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
