A little bit about the role... As a Sales Negotiator at Weston Homes, you won't just be selling houses; you'll be helping customers find their future homes. Your mission is to drive sales by converting enquiries into reservations, expertly managing the journey through to legal completion. You will act as the face of Weston Homes, where your passion for closing sales is matched only by your dedication to exceptional customer experience. As our Marketing Suites are busiest at weekends, please note that weekend working is a mandatory requirement of this role.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales & Revenue: Professionally present our high-spec products to a diverse range of buyers. You'll proactively follow up on every enquiry, qualify offers through our recommended IFA, and negotiate to achieve optimal pricing and hit your targets.
- Master the Sale Journey: From the initial reservation to the final key handover, you'll own the process. This includes meticulous documentation in line with the New Home Quality Code (NHQC) and managing customer choices for their new home.
- Expert Sales Progression: Keep the momentum moving. You'll be the central hub, coordinating with solicitors, brokers, and agents to ensure deadlines are met for exchange and completion.
- Deliver the "Wow" Factor: You'll run our Marketing Suite to the highest standards, conduct home demonstrations, and manage the move-in process to ensure our customers are delighted from day one.
- Operational Excellence: Use systems like Coins to track sales activity, provide detailed reporting to the Sales Director, and ensure property portal listings are always accurate and enticing.
