The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Due to future growth within Weston Homes, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Land Manager to join our team and support the purchase of residential development. You would be responsible for sourcing land opportunities, networking with land agents, and presenting land opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Build and maintain relationships with Land Agents with a view to obtaining details of potential development sites.
- Appraise potential development sites to assess their land value and ascertain whether they are profitable.
- Liaise with other departments within the business to ensure correct and current costs and values are allowed for in Land appraisals.
- Manage the purchase of development sites with a view to being competitive in the market and purchasing the site.
- See through the purchase of development sites with Solicitors and Agents, including negotiation and drafting of contract documents.
- Prepare bank appraisals for submission to, and approval of purchases by Weston Homes’ Banks including, where appropriate, liaison with independent valuers.
- Prepare and present pre-development reports to ensure smooth handover of sites to other teams within the business.
- Any other duties commensurate with this post.

- A minimum of Degree standard (on a relevant course) or with suitable alternative experience.
