Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 2pm
Are you a naturally welcoming person who thrives in a professional environment? We are looking for a Part‑Time Receptionist to be the heartbeat of our Weston Business Centre. As the first point of contact for our clients and their guests, you won’t just be answering phones; you’ll be creating a first‑class experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.
Responsibilities
- The Welcome: Meet and greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- The Hub: Manage the switchboard, directing calls and capturing messages with precision.
- The Space: Maintain an impeccable reception and lounge area that reflects our high standards.
- The Logistics: Oversee meeting room diaries, hospitality billing and administrative essentials.
- The Growth: Act as an ambassador for the centre, assisting with marketing and promoting our services to potential clients.
