The successful candidate will provide the full range of core primary care services, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.

This is a self‑employed GP contract. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality, patient‑centred primary care services, including face‑to‑face and telephone consultations, management of acute and chronic conditions, and low-volume home visits. Person Specification:
- Full GMC registration (MBChB or equivalent)
- Satisfactory completion GP VTS training
- Right to work in the United Kingdom

- Experience and understanding of NHS primary care
- Strong knowledge of evidence‑based practice and clinical governance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
