Weston College and University Centre Weston have announced plans for an exciting new Skills Academy in the Aerospace & Defence space, located at Airbus Filton, Bristol, and we are looking for a visionary leader to join our team as the Vice Principal - Aerospace Skills Academy. If you have extensive experience in large-scale engineering environments, a thorough understanding of FE and HE curriculum requirements and want to be in a role where you can drive growth through innovative programme development and strong industry partnerships, then this role might be the one for you.
Responsibilities
- You will oversee the development of this new campus from inception to full operational status.
- Ensure that the Aerospace Academy becomes a centre of excellence for aerospace and advanced engineering skills.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate for this role will need to be a leader with experience in both education and the aerospace or defence sector.
