Weston College is seeking a Learning Support Assistant for a part-time, term-time only role (38 weeks, 29.6 hours/week across 4 days). You will deliver essential learning support to students with SEND, particularly those with EHCPs, to help them become more independent and reach their potential.
You will write ALS Plans for a caseload, provide 1:1 or small-group support, and assist students in all college activities.
