Are you looking for a term-time only role? Our Cover Supervisor position may be the role for you. Weston College is looking for a small number of Cover Supervisors to join our team on a full-time, term-time only basis (37 hours per week, 38 weeks per year), with each role based at one of our campuses within Weston-super-Mare.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes in the absence of their usual teaching staff. You will be delivering pre-set work whilst ensuring that all students remain engaged and focused on their work. If you are not required for cover, you will provide 121, small group or in-class support where needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible and adaptable as it is highly unlikely that any two days will be the same! Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare. You will also need to have a degree-level qualification, have excellent organisational skills and show an empathetic and inclusive approach to learners.
