This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.
Due to the nature of the role, early morning, evening, and weekend working is essential for specific events and a mandatory element of the role.
Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.
Day to day duties of the role
- Learner Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG)
- Admissions and Enrolments.
- Customer Service and Communication.
- CRM and Dialler System Use.
Required skills and qualifications
- Team player and committed to working effectively and supportively with others, both within the Department and the wider College.
- Exemplary customer service skills and a commitment to the delivery of a wholly customer-focused service.
- Ability to produce, understand, and act upon complex data.
- Although this role is based at our Knightstone Campus, due to the nature of the role, access to transport and the ability to travel between our college campuses is essential.
