Weston College in Filton, Bristol, is launching a new Advanced Manufacturing Technical Excellence College and seeks a Welfare and Safeguarding Lead on a full-time basis to oversee welfare, safeguarding and mental health support for all learners.
You will lead safeguarding case management, promote safeguarding education, and work with partners to ensure student wellbeing, with strong communication and multi-agency liaison skills required.
