This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.
Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.
Day to day duties of the role
- Provide 3rd line IT support both remote and face to face when needed across all sites.
- Monitoring and resolution of system logs and notifications for both security and performance issues, from end user to infrastructure level.
- Domain administration and management.
- Administration and management of the 365 environment.
Required skills and qualifications
- Appropriate level 3 and above technical qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years' experience of providing third line IT support with infrastructure maintenance skills.
- The ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience of administering a Windows domain and Microsoft 365 environment.
