This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.

Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.

  • Working with Recruitment, Community Learning and Employability delivery teams to source, engage and check eligibility of learners.
  • Conducting initial needs assessments to ensure support is tailored to each learner.
  • Providing ongoing case coaching, one-to-one support and review sessions to all learners on caseload.
  • Providing participants with support on disclosure in line with Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
  • Required skills and qualifications
  • Experience of managing own caseload.
  • Experience of Coaching.
  • Experience of co-operating with other agencies and partners.
  • Able to work without close supervision, prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.
