Weston College Group is seeking a Recruitment and Retention Officer to join the HR team at Knightstone Campus, Weston-super-Mare.

This full-time, on-site role (37 hours/week) focuses on end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across multiple departments.

You will advertise roles, manage selection processes, issue offers and contracts, and ensure accurate records on HRIS and SCR.

Familiarity with Safer Recruitment and GDPR is beneficial, with comprehensive training provided.
