As one of the fastest-growing Colleges in the UK, delivering courses from entry level right up to Masters degrees, Weston College is an inspiring place to work. This role involves the delivery and programme management of the Level 3 and Level 5 CIPD programmes. Our CIPD programmes take place in the evenings (4.00pm - 9.00pm) and therefore the successful candidate must be willing to work during these hours. This is a part-time role, working 15 hours per week.

Day to day duties of the role:

  • Course lead the CIPD programmes ensuring high levels of achievement and success.
  • Contribute to the delivery, tracking and monitoring of performance amongst cohorts of students.
  • Tutorship of students, giving appropriate support to enable students to achieve their academic and vocational targets.
  • Assisting students in their progression to further study and/or employment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be CIPD qualified to at least Level 5 and have relevant HR industry experience. You will be student focussed and committed to ensuring that all learners have an outstanding experience. Teaching experience would be beneficial, but is not essential, as we can provide full training and support whilst you gain experience in the classroom!
