Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for Engineering and Civil Engineering who is ready to shape the future of technical education in the South West? We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Engineering and Civil Engineering to join us, leading the growth, development and performance of the Engineering curriculum. This is your opportunity to drive real impact across teaching, learning and assessment, whilst helping learners gain the skills, confidence and opportunities they need to progress into meaningful careers within the industry. This role will be based at our South West Skills Campus, in Weston-super-Mare.

About the role: In this high-impact leadership role, you will:
- Shape and deliver a wide, future focused curriculum that meets learner, employer and regional skills needs.
- Inspire and develop a high performing team, championing outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.
- Build strong relationships with employers, industry partners and cross-college teams to create coherent learning experiences and exceptional progression pathways.
- Drive performance across attendance, achievement, retention, progression and student experience.
This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week. Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.
