Your Key Tasks Will Be:
- Safely load/unload vehicles and ensure all materials are securely packaged within weight limits.
- Book, receipt, and manage stock, supporting warehouse operations and maintaining a safe, organised environment.
- Assist with trade counter sales, providing advice and high standards of customer service.
- Liaise between warehouse, office, and suppliers to ensure parts availability and accurate ordering.
- Raise parts sales quotations, purchase orders, and manage returns, credits, and invoicing.
- Coordinate parts for workshops, field service, and across company warehouses, including dispatch and courier arrangements.
- Respond to internal and customer enquiries regarding products, parts, pricing, and availability.
