Senior Project Manager Role

The Senior Project Manager will join their project management team to work on a variety of public sector projects with a particular focus within the healthcare sector.

The Senior Project Manager will also work as part of their project management discipline across a wide variety of sectors with world leading blue chip clients, sports and leisure, automotive OEM’s, ground-breaking R&D organisations including defence, and some of the best academic research institutes.

Senior Project Manager – Responsibilities

  • Ability to lead and successfully deliver projects and manage client relationships, including business development.
  • Proven construction project management and managing professional teams experience required.
  • Experience within mixed use urban redevelopment (commercial office, residential and placemaking) and/or healthcare would be beneficial.
  • Experience across the pre-construction stages of a project.
  • Experience of report writing.

Senior Project Manager Role – Requirements

  • BSc Construction Project Management.
  • MAPM / ChPP / MRICS / MICOB.
  • General Commercial experience.
  • Experience of being the named NEC ECC Project Manager.
  • NHS Project Delivery Experience.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, combined with inquisitiveness, diligence and resilience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complicated issues between clients and highly skilled project teams.
  • Ambition and a willingness to work flexibly, both in the office and on-site, while demonstrating commercial awareness and the ability to lead teams to complete projects successfully.
