Role: Quality Manager

The client is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the management of all quality processes (existing and developing new) to ensure best practice and industry standards are reflected in the delivery of hard and soft facilities management services.
Responsibilities
- Manage all quality processes (existing and new) to ensure best practice and industry standards across the contract’s hard and soft facilities management services.
- Develop long‑term strategic relationships with key business stakeholders to optimise processes and implement quality procedures for each service line.
- Provide confidence in quality procedures to the SPV Client and NHS Trust.
- Liaise with contract teams and cross‑functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of all contract deliverables according to best practice and customer needs, while maintaining overall profitability and client retention.
Person Specification / Qualifications
- Quality Assurance experience related to an FM contract.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of ISO 9001:2015 and awareness of sector rules in the work environment.
- Ideally a recognised ISO 9001 Internal Auditor course.
- This is not a Quality control position; it is managing Quality Assurance for an FM contract.
