Overview: Working for a Mechanical contractor that designs, delivers and maintains mechanical systems which breathe life and comfort into a building including Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, Water, Drainage, BMS, Medical, Gases, Fit-out and Sprinklers. The initial project is for a very high profile client in central Birmingham running until August, managing the installation of heating, chilled water, ventilation and sprinkler system for a very corporate business in a brand new building. Most of their contracts are Midlands based.
Responsibilities:
- You will manage daily activity briefings, with own staff and client staff, oversee progress and audit quality of work.
Qualifications:
- Preference will be shown for a Heating and Ventilation background.
- You will need a strong mechanical background and preferably a gold card and SSSTS and/or SMSTS.
