Overview
For this Senior Operations role, you will understand the challenges of operating a Hard FM PFI Healthcare contract, responsible for reactive and planned maintenance, minor project work and the forward capital maintenance programme. Operational P&L of about £10m plus another £10m of project works.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels up to CEO.
- Leverage a strong technical background and deep understanding of PFI contracts to manage mitigation and dispute resolutions.
- Oversee capital projects across the site, including an extension to the A&E department and a new urgent treatment centre.
- Manage the trust's site separation process and additional building works planned for the site.
- Direct manage four reports and oversee 50 staff in total.
- Operate within a 14‐year contract term.
