Currently seeking a senior Registered Nurse (RGN) to join an organisation in a strategic, operations-focused leadership role. This is not a hospital-based bedside position. The role centres on operational oversight, case management governance, and leadership of multidisciplinary clinical teams.
This opportunity would suit a nurse with significant experience in complex case management and proven experience managing and developing others.
The Role- Provide operational oversight of complex clinical case management services
- Lead and manage a team of case managers / clinicians
- Ensure safe, compliant, and effective management of high-risk or complex cases
- Oversee incident management and escalation processes
- Drive clinical governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks
- Support business continuity and operational resilience planning
- Contribute to service improvement and strategic development initiatives
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration
- Strong background in complex case management (e.g. occupational health, insurance, rehabilitation, remote medicine, or similar)
- Demonstrable experience line managing and developing clinical teams
- Experience working within governance, compliance, and risk frameworks
- Confident operating at operational and strategic level
- Able to influence stakeholders and manage escalations effectively
