About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to produce accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical services within MEP projects. The role is key in ensuring tender submissions are commercially robust, technically accurate, and strategically competitive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed electrical estimates for tender submissions.
  • Analyse design drawings, specifications, and scope documents to develop accurate costings.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
  • Conduct value-engineering exercises to enhance bid competitiveness.
  • Support post-tender reviews and handovers to project delivery teams.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and current pricing trends.

You are a detail-oriented and commercially aware estimating professional with strong knowledge of electrical systems. You have a proven ability to deliver accurate, competitive estimates and work collaboratively with design, procurement, and delivery teams.

Qualifications & Experience
