Currently seeking a senior Registered Nurse (RGN) to join an organisation in a strategic, operations-focused leadership role. This is not a hospital-based bedside position. The role centres on operational oversight, case management governance, and leadership of multidisciplinary clinical teams. The Role

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with active NMC registration
  • Strong background in complex case management (e.g. occupational health, insurance, rehabilitation, remote medicine, or similar)
  • Demonstrable experience line managing and developing clinical teams
  • Experience working within governance, compliance, and risk frameworks
  • Confident operating at operational and strategic level
  • Able to influence stakeholders and manage escalations effectively
