The predicted salary is between 36000 - 48000 £ per year.

Temp until end of July - £18 PAYE, £23 Umbrella. Hands-on working fabric technician with a good understanding of general building services and estate management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and moving furniture
  • Carrying out all moves and changes that the client requires
  • Undertaking a full range of general maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and tiling

Ensure service levels are met and maintain the fabric of the building to a high standard. Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared prior to any works starting.

Good communication etiquette, a team player, able to multitask and prioritise workload. Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service with a calm manner and able to work under pressure and make sound decisions when needed.

Physically fit and able to carry tools and components by hand up to 20kg. Able to work at heights and obtain full Security Clearance.
