Working overnight you will engage with our customers and showcase our unique offer from the exceptional local producers we work with. Using your warm and friendly personality you will use your passion for delivering exceptional customer service to ensure our customers are given a memorable experience every time they stop with us.

You could be working in our Quick Kitchens serving hot drinks and our homemade sausage rolls or in our Filling Station looking after our customers making a stop to fuel-up their vehicle and themselves. As part of the Filling Station team you will support with all duties of that department. You could be working on the till, stock replenishment, maintaining our facilities or preparing and cooking off our homemade food whilst always providing a great experience for our customers travelling through the night.

You will be required to work outside at times, keeping our forecourt clean and tidy and will oversee the safe delivery and dispensing of petroleum products in line with our health and safety standards. When working in the Quick Kitchen, you and a dedicated team will be responsible for looking after our customers in the main services area, serving proper food and drinks on the motorway. You could be called upon to report any issues to the relevant department lead, escalate emergencies and think on your feet to resolve customer queries.

We are Europe’s number one Electric Vehicle charging hub and see a large number of those customers overnight alongside a full HGV park. Our customers have varied needs and queries and you will be expected to serve and assist them in the best way possible.

You will be working 5 shifts out of 7 in a week and must be available to be scheduled for any night of the week. Shifts are typically 10pm – 6am but could vary depending on trade and the time of the year.

About You: You must be over 18 to work in our Filling Stations.
