We are looking for dedicated Restaurant team members to join us making sure every guest has the warm, friendly and attentive service we are known for.
Responsibilities
- You will seat guests in the restaurant for Breakfast or evening meal service and ensure they experience a proper Cumbrian welcome.
- Bring our local produce and dishes to life for diners by confidently describing ingredients and flavours
- Have an eye for detail and respond to the needs of our guests throughout their stay
- Make barista style coffees and serve drinks from the bar
- Set up our conference spaces on occasion and serve refreshments
- Have high standards of cleanliness and customer service
Qualifications
We look for candidates who naturally display our values of warmth, graft and courage and therefore no previous experience necessary as full training will be given. Our Hotel can be very busy and so an ability to work at pace while delivering a high standard is essential
