As a Service Leader in our catering department you will be responsible for leading shifts to ensure the team is delivering the best service to our customers and ensuring brand standards are always in place.
In this hands-on customer facing role, you'll be competent to manage a high-volume environment with an positive, can do approach, you will be passionate about our offer, champion our home made products and you will ensure through your knowledgeable colleagues that our customers receive the unique and delightful experience that we are known for.
- Effectivelyleading your shift, managing and supporting your colleagues, ensuringcolleagues are deployed in line with customer demand and respondappropriately to any colleague or customer matters as required.
- Ensuring the team are delivering excellent customer serviceand brandexcellence.
- Ensuring that all daily and weekly procedures are carriedoutand that company standards are maintained at all times.
- Supporting the training of new colleagues through their induction journey, refresher and any other relevant training.
We are looking for Service Leaders who have the ability to lead and motivate a team on a daily basis in a fast moving environment.
Great communication skills and a can do attitude are essential as well as high standards of excellence within delivery of quality food, customer service and cleanliness.
