Help people stay independent at home with compassionate, day‑to‑day support. Training provided. Flexible roles available. Ongoing applications welcome. Travelling locally to visit clients in their own homes, you will support them to live a full and enriched life. You will support them in the nighttime and help them to feel settled and cared for in their home. We are looking for people who enjoy helping others and want a job with a feel‑good factor. You will enjoy doing something special every day and you will have a job you can be proud of doing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reassurance to clients.
- Assist with basic personal care and companionship through the night.
- Help a client get up in the morning.
- Cook meals or help with a nighttime schedule.
The role covers Kendal, Windermere, Grange, Milnthorpe and the surrounding South Lake Areas. All international and local applicants must have full Right to Work in the UK. We pay £14.75 per hour with paid travel time, mileage, and lots of additional benefits.
