As Butchery Service Leader, you will oversee the day‑to‑day running of our sausage production room at Tebay Services. Organisation, clear communication and effective delegation will be central to your role, ensuring we deliver the very best to both our internal and external customers. Working with beef and lamb from our own family farm — alongside hand‑picked quality meats from small local producers — you will lead your team to maintain a full and attractive counter for our travelling customers, while also supplying quality products to kitchens across our wider family of businesses.
