Tatton Services is a brand-new site on the M56 in Cheshire, opening Spring 2028.
As Operations Manager you'll hold overall responsibility for Farmshop, Foodhall and Filling Station, recruit a 13-strong site management team and lead a broader workforce of around 325 colleagues.
You will own the site's budget, labour and P&L, shaping culture with the Westmorland Way and working with the People Team to build succession.
Prior to opening, the role will be based at Rheged, Penrith.
