Tatton Services is building a brand-new farmshop, foodhall and filling station on the M56 in Cheshire, opening Spring 2028. As Operations Manager, you will own the site from day one, recruit the team from scratch (about 325 colleagues) and lead a site management team of around 13 people, with support from People Business Partner and Facilities Manager.
You will drive a great customer and colleague experience guided by our values, manage budget and P&L with the Head of Operations and Finance.
