With a permanent contract and hours between 18-30, and an hourly rate of £13.91, you'll be joining a caring, motivated team that helps people regain their independence at home.
Our Support at Home service runs 24/7, 365 days a year, with shifts typically between 7:30am and 9:30pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays as part of a rota. As part of our Reablement Team, you'll support people who are recovering after a hospital stay or facing new challenges, helping them regain skills, confidence, and independence within their own homes.
As a Reablement Support Worker, you'll get to know each person individually supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing, assisting with everyday tasks or personal care, and working to the goals set out in their personalised, strengths-based reablement plan. It's meaningful, hands-on work where you can see the impact you make.

This role requires a DBS check. The level of check for this role is - Enhanced DBS Check with an adults Barred List check.
Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with adults. It is an offence for people who are barred from working in regulated activity to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with adults.
