The Headteacher and Governing Body of St. Paul's C of E Junior School wish to appoint an inspirational, compassionate and flexible Senior Teaching Assistant to join our friendly, hard‑working team. Qualifications
- Has good communication skills.
- Has compassion and sensitivity towards children.
- Has knowledge of the primary curriculum.
- Has relevant experience and qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent QCF for Teaching Assistant/ NVQ Level 3 or equivalent QCF for Senior Teaching Assistant) to meet the needs of pupils with SEND.
- Has experience of contributing to the planning of work and adaptation of resources to meet the needs of individual pupils.
- Is able to adapt to what the situation requires.
- Is able to work as part of a team.
- Has a passion for children's wellbeing and learning.
- Values a holistic approach to children's learning.
