The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.
We are looking for an inspirational tutor to deliver Arts and Crafts classes in sewing and textiles to our learners across Penrith and the surrounding areas.
You will be able to:
- Prepare and deliver creative and exciting lessons that enthuse and develop adult learners
- Work with learners in a variety of settings across the local community
- Work with learners who will have a wide range of backgrounds and abilities
- Have a can-do attitude and build excellent working relationships with their learners and colleagues
- Have a flexible approach to spot and meet emerging needs in the local area so this role may include some evening work
You will need:
- A recognised teaching qualification (Min level 3 e.g PTLLS or be working towards one)
- Relevant qualification and/or experience in the subject specialism
- Maths and English qualification at Level 2 or prepared to work towards these
