To support the Families First Partnership Programme reforms, our vision is to create a multi-disciplinary team to support disabled children and their families in the right way, at the right time. We are recruiting a qualified practitioner to the children with disabilities service. The practitioner will increase the breadth of specialist knowledge and expertise within the team, bringing an alternative set of skills from perhaps other sectors such as health or education.
In return, we will offer you support through regular and high-quality supervision, opportunities for development, and the chance to make a real difference to the lives of disabled children and their families across Westmorland and Furness.
