We are looking for a hard-working, inspiring, and motivated individual to join our Extra Care Housing team as a Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for the next step in their Care career and who is passionate about making a difference. Care services provide support in three purpose-built extra care schemes across Westmorland and Furness, and the support is delivered in partnership with the housing providers. We deliver this service across 24 hours, supporting people to maintain their independence and remain in their own homes. Our team are passionate about developing and promoting a person-centred quality service for individual service users.

The successful candidate will be proactive, dedicated, and have excellent inter-personal skills. We are looking for someone who can work autonomously, and has strong problem-solving skills, as well as having a real passion to help others. Ideally, you will have experience of supervision of staff who are community based, and you will bring a strong customer focus, with the drive to motivate and develop the team, aiming to deliver a high-quality service. Excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people, including in distressing or challenging situations, are also important for the role.
