We have an exciting opportunity for experienced and passionate supervisors to support and manage our team within our community-based Care Services. In this role, you will ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and flexible care to support and help maintain independence for the people of Westmorland & Furness. You will play a key role in ensuring that our services are person-centred and delivered to the highest of standards.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- All aspects of people management, such as scheduling, authorising expenses, managing absence, and overseeing recruitment, induction, and training processes.
- Conducting regular one-to-one sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to maintain quality standards and identify training needs.
Who we are looking for:
Motivated and experienced individuals with a Level 3 qualification (or a willingness to achieve this) and a strong background in supervision and performance management. You will have a strong customer focus, respect for individuals’ rights and dignity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. You should also have experience using digital systems, a solid understanding of health and safety practices, and the ability to deliver training. Strong leadership, the ability to prioritise tasks, and a commitment to confidentiality and data protection are key to success in this role.
