Summary
The Integrated Home to School Transport Team are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated person to join the team delivering Westmorland & Furness Council's Independent Travel Training offer.
If you are an excellent communicator and have experience of supporting and mentoring young people with additional needs and learning difficulties in an education setting, are experienced in planning and implementing risk assessments for activities we want to hear from you.
This person‑centred role brings with it the opportunity to see young people flourish and learn new skills and use your passion and commitment to training and supporting our young people gain in confidence, problem solving abilities and essential life skills.
This is an exciting time to join the team as we continue with our comprehensive service transformation for the Integrated Home to School Transport Team across the Westmorland and Furness authority footprint.
