Westmorland & Furness Council is seeking an experienced Lead Lawyer (Planning & Highways) to play a senior role within our Legal Team. You will provide high‑quality legal advice on planning, highways and corporate projects and supervise colleagues to develop excellence.
With at least 3 years PQE, you will lead on S106 and S278 agreements, advise at Planning Committees, prepare for hearings and inquiries, deal with appeals, and ensure high standards of practice while delivering for residents.
