The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.
This is a great opportunity to join our ICT Service as a Project Manager where you will help support the delivery of robust and flexible solutions for ICT projects across the Council. You will be a member of an ICT Programme Management Office team to support the delivery across emerging and completed ICT projects to the benefit of the wider organisation. In collaboration with managers, you will provide intelligence to enable effective resource allocation to support the delivery of the Council’s strategic direction with respect to transformational, systemic, and incremental change.
In this role you will be responsible for managing various complex projects and priorities, organising and co‑ordinating the work of staff and managers across various teams to deliver the projects and programmes.
Who we are looking for…
We are looking for candidates with extensive experience of Project Management techniques, knowledge and experience of Project Management frameworks and tools, and relevant qualifications or equivalent demonstrable experience. Candidates should have knowledge and experience of co‑ordinating projects of work across a wide and varied agenda, as well as the ability to produce reports to evidence progress against established desired outcomes and to realise benefits. Furthermore, candidates should be customer focused, adept at problem solving and have keen attention to detail.
