We have opportunities for enthusiastic people to join our supportive, friendly team at Christian Head.

As a cook, you will be required to plan, prepare, and serve meals that are nutritionally balanced and meet specific dietary needs. You will support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards, completing paperwork, and ensuring adherence to infection control and Environmental Health procedures.

We are looking for the successful candidate to be hardworking, reliable, and passionate about making a real difference in the lives of our residents, as each of their dietary and care needs will be catered to.

You do not need previous experience in a residential home if you are friendly, compassionate, and interested in a new challenge. We look forward to hearing from you.

About our home

Christian Head provides a safe, caring, and home-from-home environment for up to 28 residents with complex healthcare needs. Situated close to all facilities in the market town of Kirkby Stephen, we offer respite and residential care for the elderly, frail, or those with dementia.
