Are you a highly organised and proactive individual looking for a dynamic role? We are seeking a Business Support Administrator to provide flexible, efficient, and responsive administrative support within our Support at Home team. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations, handling a variety of tasks such as managing confidential information, liaising with managers to meet statutory requirements, and delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for responding to urgent requests, coordinating emergency situations, maintaining accurate records, and processing financial transactions, including purchasing and invoicing. You will also support service improvements, problem-solving, and data management across multiple systems. You will be working together to develop and continually improve the service across South Lakes and Furness.
Who we are looking for... The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience using digital systems. You should be a confident communicator, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
