You will also have the chance to spend some time with colleagues across Adult Social Care, including within our Social Work and Occupational Therapy teams, so you can get an idea of where your longer-term career interests may lie.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as apprentices. You should be a team player with excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a positive, flexible attitude. If you’re eager to develop new skills and take responsibility while working in a supportive environment, we would love to hear from you!
For the Level 2 qualification the ideal candidate will have a good standard of English, Maths, and ICT, and a strong willingness to learn and grow. No formal qualifications are required.
For the Level 3 qualification the applicant should have a minimum of 5 x GCSEs at Grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English Language.
