As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Agricultural Machinery Sales Executive to help drive the next stage of that growth.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days behind a desk. You'll be out meeting customers, visiting farms, demonstrating equipment, identifying opportunities and building lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. You'll manage the entire sales process from the first enquiry through to quotation, negotiation, order and ongoing aftersales support becoming a trusted advisor to your customers rather than simply selling machinery. You'll have the autonomy to grow your territory, develop key accounts and genuinely influence the future success of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing new business opportunities across the agricultural sector.
  • Selling agricultural machinery, livestock equipment and related products.
  • Building long-term relationships with farmers, contractors and rural businesses.
  • Managing your own sales pipeline and following up opportunities.
  • Conducting customer visits, demonstrations and site meetings.
  • Achieving sales and growth targets.
  • Working closely with the marketing team on campaigns, events and lead generation.
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
  • Becoming an expert on our product range and advising customers on the best solutions for their business.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has experience selling agricultural machinery, plant equipment, trailers or commercial vehicles.
  • Is confident generating new business and developing customer relationships.
  • Enjoys meeting customers face-to-face and building long-term partnerships.
  • Is commercially driven and motivated by achieving results.
  • Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Is organised and comfortable managing a structured sales pipeline.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.
