The opportunity Youll join the established large finance team at the UKs largest vehicle accident management company.

This is a busy and varied position combining payment processing, account reconciliation, data analysis and customer query management.

Youll gain valuable hands-on finance experience while receiving a full study support package and opportunities to progress within the business.

The finance team manages more than 15,000 transactions each month, with a combined value exceeding £40 million.

Youll therefore be joining a professional, fast-paced environment where accuracy, organisation and excellent communication are essential.

What youll be doing Your responsibilities will include: 1.

Creating accurate supplier payments within agreed timescales 2.

Maintaining and reconciling allocated client money accounts 3.

Reviewing and updating financial information using Excel 4.

Responding to payment, invoice, remittance and policy excess queries 5.

Communicating with insurers, repairers, policyholders and internal departments 6.

Validating invoices and completing system-generated tasks 7.

Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies 8.

Assisting with manual invoice processing when required 9.
