Are you a hands‐on operations leader ready to make a real impact? We\’re looking for an experienced Head of Operations to drive production, supply chain, and site operations at a growing, international manufacturing business.

The RoleReporting directly to the Managing Director, you\’ll take ownership of day‐to‐day operations while leading improvements in efficiency, quality, and output. This role balances strategic oversight with hands‐on involvement, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the factory floor as much as in the boardroom.
Key Responsibilities
Lead production, warehouse, and supply chain activities.
Oversee daily manufacturing, ensuring products are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Drive continuous improvement across efficiency, quality, and compliance.
Manage supplier relationships, stock control, and logistics.
Coach and develop a multi‐skilled team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Support business growth through KPI development, cost control, and system improvements.
What We\’re Looking For
Proven experience in operations or production management within SME manufacturing.
A hands‐on leader who can roll up their sleeves to solve problems.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (bottle filling, chemicals, hand packing, or consumables experience is a plus).
Supply chain and inventory management expertise.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem‐solving skills.
Knowledge of health & safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
Experience with lean/continuous improvement methodologies (desirable).
